Refund & Issue Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Customers are required to provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address at the time of purchase. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery, and will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

If there is an issue with your order (including damaged, incorrect, or missing items), it must be reported within 4 hours of pickup or delivery.

For delivery orders, the 4-hour window begins at the confirmed delivery time.

All claims must include clear photos of the product, packaging, and order details.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for taste preferences, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or store credit.

If an issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
