One of my greatest regrets is walking away from the position of Early Childhood Center Director.

It was the culmination of years spent studying children, creating learning materials, training teachers, building programs, and chasing the kind of excellence that only comes from loving your work. I had a knack for seeing the world through a child’s eyes and turning that wonder into learning.

Though I no longer walk the halls of a school, educate royals or sing the ABC every day, I have not abandoned the work. Through Miss M’s, I share free educational resources, visual learning aids, and activities for families because teaching was never simply a profession to me. It was a calling.

Some people leave education.

Education never quite leaves them.
